How expensive is a visit from a technician?

It depends on how far away you are but typically costs for a home visit start from 50 Euros and the technician will spend 1 hour diagnosing the problem followed by giving you a solution and the costs. We will always be clear about the costs before starting any work. There are never any hidden charges.

Can you help with other IT related things?

Yes! Our technicians also have experience with security systems, tablets, mobiles TV's and other devices that connect to your home network. Just ask away!

How long does it take to resolve an issue?

This does depend on the issue but generally speaking most issues are resolved within an hour. If it is something more serious and will take more time to fix we will let you know of any additional costs before we carry out the work.

If the problem re-occurs and its not my fault, can I call you?

Yes please do! We are always happy to help. If something happens after a visit and it's our fault then we will always try to resolve the issue at no extra cost.

I am not technical can you explain things so I can understand?

Yes of course! We always try to keep things clear and simple so everyone understands. We are honest, straight forward and always friendly when explaining things so that you can understand better.
